By accessing and using the EAA Detailing website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and location for the sole purpose of providing our detailing services. This data is used to schedule appointments, communicate with you about your service, and process payments. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

Service Disclaimers

• Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services that have been completed. We strive for customer satisfaction and will address any concerns at the time of service completion.
• Stain Removal: We cannot guarantee 100% removal of all stains (e.g., from ink, dye, bleach, or stubborn food spills). Some stains may be permanent. We will, however, use professional-grade products and techniques to improve the appearance as much as possible.
• Pre-existing Damage: EAA Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, tears in upholstery, or failing clear coats. We will perform a pre-inspection with you if possible, but ultimate responsibility for identifying such issues lies with the vehicle owner.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This may include vehicles with excessive biohazards, mold, or conditions that pose a risk to our staff's health and safety.
• Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at the time of service.
• Price Changes: Prices listed on the website are estimates. Final prices may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
